In order to validly participate at αnimasyroς 3.0 International Animation Festival & Forum, you have to:

1. send the completed application form via e-mail at programme@animasyros.gr
2. Send a screening copy of the animation film exclusively in DVD Video PAL format (multiregion) to:

   by electronic means (ie. Upload it on a webpage, use wetransfer or relevant file transfer programme)

    at mov. (codec: h264, bitrate: 8000kps minimum, size: HD/SD).

3. Attach to the e-mail a picture from the film [ maximum file size: 600KB ]
4. Attach to the e-mail a picture of the director (optional) [maximum file size: 200KB ]

We hereby declare that all above information is true and correct and we accept:

1. all terms of the regulation of αnimasyroς 3.0 International Animation Festival & Forum found at www.animasyros.gr
2. The use of excerpts or of the entire film submitted by the organisers for the publicity and the archive of the festival.
3. The use of the director’s and producer’s contact details to the Festival’s official catalogue for the facilitation of feedback by interested parties.
4. The participation of the film to the competition according to the organisers' absolute decision.
5. In the event that the participants fail to provide the screening copy as above, the organizers retain the right to exclude the film from the festival and/or bare no responsibility for the screening result.
